RETURN , CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
What is your return policy?
All items sold on www.daily2kart.com either have a 7 day return policy or a 7 day replacement policy, depending on the product category. All Electric Appliances have a 7 day replacement policy. Please check the policy applicable to the product you wish to purchase before making the purchase.
You can place a return request from the My Orders section on the website for the items you wish to return.
What are the conditions for the return policy?
7 Day Return Policy :
Returns should be booked within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The item must be returned undamaged with original packaging intact.
Refunds will be processed once the item is received by the warehouse, within 7 days of the receipt of the product at the warehouse.
What are the conditions for the replacement policy?
7 Day Replacement Policy :
This item is eligible for free replacement within 7 days of delivery, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective or incorrect item delivered to you. If we are unable to repair or replace the item satisfactorily, the defective / damaged item will be eligible for a refund.
Please keep the item in its original condition, with an undamaged brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories.
We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
Please note that any damage caused due to usage will not qualify.
Refunds will be processed once the item is received by the warehouse, within 7 days of the receipt of the product at the warehouse.
Following shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
1.Damages due to misuse of product.
2.Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
3.Any damage / defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
4.Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product.
5.Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories.
6.Any product that is returned in a condition that is different than which it was received.
7.Product no have MRP Tag and User Manual with Branding Packaging Box.
What qualifies as damaged/ defective/ wrong products?
1.Products has visible cut, crush, tear, broken parts, dents or scratches.
2.Product seal is broken and/or there is a leakage.
3.Product is not in working condition.
4.Product arrived with main parts missing.
5.Product arrived with missing accessories.
6.Product arrived in a different size than what was ordered.
7.Product arrived in a different color or material than what was ordered.
8.Item does not match product description.
9.Entire product missing from box is not tampered.
10.Shipping box is damaged or tampered.
11.Products that are expired.

Return Pick-up
To ensure successful return pick-up, return the item in original condition with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein.
Note:
Pickup of a return will be attempted by agents between 7AM to 10PM on the scheduled date.
Products can only be returned within their return window.
Certain couriers might require a return label which can be generated in the Returns Centre.
A return will not be processed if the pickup is cancelled owing to missing or damaged (caused while in your possession) item or its accessories.
Daily2kart cannot reschedule pick up for a Third-party seller. However, the third-party seller usually will fulfil the return pick-up within the 7 days window.
Return cannot be picked from a new pickup address different from the city to which the product was delivered.

How long does the refund process take?
The refund process can take up to 3-5 days once the parcel is returned to us. For all refunds we will refund the amount to the same mode of payment as used during checkout. For cash on delivery refunds we will issue a refund to the payment mode shared by you while raising a return request.
Broken Items
Should an item be received broken, please email us on contact@daily2kart.in, within 7 days of the receipt of your order, mentioning your order number and name and a picture clearly showing it. We will replace the ordered item at our cost.

Defective Items
Should an item have a manufacturing defect, please email us on contact@daily2kart.in, within 7 days of the receipt of your order, mentioning your order number and name, stating the defect and a picture clearly showing it. We will get the item collected for quality assessment and replace the ordered item once we receive the defective piece/pieces/sets at our cost.

How will the refunded money be credited?
Refund timeline will depend upon the mode of refund chosen by you. You can choose to receive the refund in your Daily2kart Wallet, original payment method or to your bank account.
If you have chosen the mode of refund as Daily2kart Wallet, the refund will be processed to your Daily2kart Wallet. It will be credited within 2 hours after we have received your returned product. You will be able to confirm this transaction from your Daily2kart Wallet statement
If you have chosen the mode of refund as the Original payment method , the refund will be processed in 3-5 business days after the seller has initiated the refund. Original payment method means the original channel through which the order was paid. For example, if the order was placed using UPI, the refund will be processed to the bank account linked to the UPI ID.
For credit/ Debit cards/ Netbanking/UPI: Please check your bank or credit card statement by the refund date + 4 business days to confirm if the refund is reflecting in your account.
If you had chosen “Pay on delivery ” while placing an order, you can choose refund to Daily2kart Wallet or Original payment method.
For Amazon pay balance, refund will be credited to your Daily2kart Wallet
Account.
For bank account refunds, please ensure that you add your bank account details where you wish to receive the refund. The refund should be processed via NEFT/IMPS and credited to your bank account by 4 business days from the date of refund initiation.
